Sculptures by the Sea 2021
My favourites are, in no particular order, below. It was a hot and still March Sunday. After a swim and an ice cream, we toured the exhibits, along with half of Cottesloe. It was as if Covid 19 never was/is . . .
See through lookouts, on the rocks, above, and a plywood accordian, below.
A giant, aluminuim tuning fork in the foreground and a colourful, carnival, South American type thingy behind.
A ceramic offshore oil rig above and a very large and heavy money bag below.
Copper in the fading sun . . . a bronze age horse and a totem bookcase thingy.
. . .
Rusty steel look . . ..
A hanging mesh thingy and 'The Wave' in the background.
Fins in the sand, diversity of ideas . . . . ?
A tree argues with a house . . .
Then a quick dash home before the sun goes down . . .
