The final renovation for this year was replacing the old huge volume toilet with a modern 4.5/3L flush. Whilst saving about 30,000L/yr, there is no rebate from the Water Corporation and we only save $30/yr off the water bill. The value of this water, if put in little plastic bottles and sold at cinemas or petrol stations, would be at least $30,000/yr.
